User Agreement
This User Agreement explains the rules that apply when you access or use HeMiga - Video Call, Chat Rea, including live video calls, chat, matching, profile, community, and safety features.
Acceptance of This Agreement
Welcome to HeMiga - Video Call, Chat Rea ("HeMiga", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement governs your use of our mobile application, websites, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account, entering a video call, sending a message, purchasing a paid feature, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Community Rules, and Child Safety Policy.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of HeMiga is lawful in the place where you access it.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
HeMiga is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Services.
- You may not create an account for another person without permission.
- You may not allow a minor to access your account, appear in your live video, or participate in chats.
- You may not use HeMiga if you are legally prohibited from receiving the Services.
Zero tolerance: Accounts involving minors, suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, or attempts to bypass age restrictions may be removed immediately and reported where required or appropriate.
Description of Services
HeMiga provides social discovery features that may include video calls, text chat, profile browsing, interest-based matching, safety tools, notifications, virtual items, subscriptions, and other interactive features.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time for safety, operational, legal, or product reasons. We do not guarantee that a particular match, user, host, feature, or item will always be available.
Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, public figure, or HeMiga staff member.
User Content and Rights
"User Content" includes profile text, photos, messages, reports, live video content, reactions, and any other material you provide through the Services. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it.
You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it to HeMiga, you grant PAINTINGAPPS STR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, translate, and use that content as needed to provide, protect, improve, and promote the Services.
We may remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement, our Community Rules, applicable law, or the rights and safety of others.
Rules of Conduct
You agree not to use HeMiga to create, send, stream, request, encourage, or promote:
- Illegal, exploitative, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing content.
- Nudity, explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, or non-consensual intimate material.
- Content involving minors or any attempt to contact, groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
- Scams, fraud, fake identity, spam, misleading promotions, or unauthorized commercial activity.
- Recording, screenshotting, or distributing private interactions without consent where prohibited.
- Attempts to reverse engineer, overload, bypass, scrape, or interfere with HeMiga systems.
Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items
HeMiga may offer paid features, subscriptions, credits, coins, gifts, boosts, or other virtual items. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by app stores or third-party payment providers.
- Virtual items have no cash value and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.
- All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or app store rules.
- You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.
Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human review to help detect abuse and enforce our rules. Enforcement may include content removal, warning, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, refund denial, or reporting to relevant authorities.
You can report abuse through in-app tools or by emailing report@hemiga.app. False, malicious, or abusive reports may also violate this Agreement.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect matching, accuracy of user-provided information, or the behavior of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAINTINGAPPS STR and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputation arising from your use of the Services.
Changes and Contact
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
